Delay of Training Team Concept.

Some may be asking what is the progress on the Training/Practice Team program. Well, unfortunatley it has been difficult to find the number of potential candidates required to get it started. While we intend to use this, it will have to be postponed until after the release of Battlefield 3.

Just So Everyone In The Clan Knows We Do Have Some Matches Coming Up In The Future. Just Remember If You Dont Get Picked In The Match It Is No Stab At You We Just Had To Bring What It Takes To Win, And They Will Be Other Matches That You Will Be Able To Participate In. If You Have Any Questions Or You Have A Concern Over Clan/Member Related Dont Be Afraid To Talk To Any Of The Captains. That Is All I Have For Now Keep Checking The Site For New Info On Matches And Other Things As I Receive Them.

ALSO IF YOU ARE PICKED FOR THE MATCH YOU MUST BE ONLINE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ITS BEGINNING TO TALK OVER A FEW THINGS IF YOU ARE NOT ONLINE YOU WILL BE REPLACED AND WILL NOT PLAY IN THE NEXT MATCH. I Believe Everyone Either Has My Phone Number Or Email If Not I Will Give It To You So You Can Let It Be Known That You May Not Make It In Time For The Match.

RECRUIT RECRUIT RECRUIT!! Spread The Word!

Okay everyone. Last night Steeler and Shadow brought up a very good point. That if we dont all start spreading the word, and seeing new faces then it will be almost impossible to implement the TPT Team system.

So, lets go out there and start kissing hands and shaking babies...or is it kissing babies and shaking hands (old political talk).. What this means is go out there find some people send them messages, or chat with them, what ever, and see if there interested. Get The Interested. Here are some pointers to help you recruit new members.

Example..Say you see someone who is rather beastly..Try jumping in there squad. Play a little with them, then if there on there own party or not talking..Invite them to a party. Get them talking. If there all ready in a clan.

• Ask them about there clan.


• Gauge if there happy with it, and if they are personally connected to it (As a few AMG members are with AMG)


• If you find someone is unhappy with there clan...start working that magic. Tell them about us and how we are just a bunch of good guys that like playing together, but take practice and competition seriously. Basically sell them on AMG.

Now dont lie. Dont promise them free babies from Africa, or meetings with World Leaders, or discounts for there favorite restraunts...you know what I mean. Be honest. Oh god..what did I say..LOL I mean be honest, but optimistic. If they decline..then tell them there still welcome to join in our games regardless.

Perhaps we should set up a Recruit night! Say a weekend we dont have practice, we all join random games, random squads and implant ourselves and see what we can dig up. What do you all think of that? Let me know ASAP. I would like to start recruiting like NOW! I know there are several members already doing this but lets all chip in.

Might Notice New Names for Old Members.

I'm sure most will notice that a couple of AMG members have changed there name to incorporate AMG into them directly. While remniscent of other clans, we DO NOT expect AMG members to fork out the ten dollars to do the same. It is NOT part of the requirements to be in AMG.

I dont want anyone freaking out, or starting a rebellion. Several members just wanted to express there pride by changing there name to represent.

NEW PROSPECT SYSTEM! PRACTICE/TRAINING TEAM

Hello Everyone. While I touched base with loose details on this subject just yesterday, this post will officialy introduce our intentions of the New Prospect system.
Several AMG members, including the Captains saw that the prospect system needed some work. While we have attained some great members through this system, it is spotty at best and doesnt come across as organized, or effecient. Also, practice sessions have not went smooth once, either turning into a mini clan battle, or resulting in the entire enemy team leaving. With that being said the captains have been working on ideas for a New system. The following is the result.

The Training/Practice Team.(TPT for short) To start off will include 7 prospects led by an Established AMG member. While the Captains will have there fair share of duties and input regarding the TPT, the responsibility will mostly lay on the shoulders of the TPT Leader. The Leader will be responsible for...

1. Contacting the Prospect members to inform them of practice/training session times.


2. Assigning Roles/Classes to the prospetive members.


3. Creating and/or carrying out strategies for training or practice sessions.


4. Giving feedback to the Captains on status of prospects, and giving feedback to prospects

Now, this TPT leader has the freedom to assign Outstanding Prospect Performers roles of Squad Leaders within the TPT Team. And once we aquire a greater number of prospects, he has the freedom to choose the roster for the TPT practice sessions.

The point of this is to ensure the Competition Team and TPT Team both get quality practice. It is a great way to introduce Prospective members to the way we run, and formulate strategies.

All Prospects are to be assigned to the TPT, where with the rare exception they will stay for the duration of at least a month. Now, prospects that wish to become AMG that are not selected right away are welcome to stay with in the TPT program until they A.) get sick of us. B.) break the AMG rules. C.) Just generally irratate AMG members.

Prospects are to prove during there time on the TPT team that...

• They can be dependable (Attend the scheduled sessions or have a good reason not to be there)


• They are capable of listening to Squad Leaders, and executing plans reliably


• Communicate effectively.

If we want to progress as a Clan (I hate that term) to be recognized, we must step up our game, and have quality members. This plan is help us attain the next level, and help those whom wish to be part of AMG prepare. The Captains have a couple of Members in mind that we think would make great TPT Leaders, and will be contacting those members in the next couple of days. If You wish to be considered, drop us a message either on this thread or through X-box, or through Shadow Mosez (I think all members have his number.) If a member declines the offer, or is declined, no hard feelings. We are not saying your not a beast, or loved. This is quite an undertaking, but you will be supported.

Meeting Minutes from July 6th 2011.

Greetings people. While usually I let everyone know a week in advance of a meeting so any membes can bounce ideas or concerns at one of the captains, I was unable to do so this time. But everyone feel free to do so regardless of a wether there is a scheduled meeting.
This Wednesday we held a Captains meeting to discuss some AMG bussiness. I ask that everyone who can read, please read this so you can keep up to date on your information.

• Its well known that Summer as far as adults are concerned (No offense to younger AMG members) are usually busy with Travel, Vacation, Family affairs and so forth, so if your going to be unavaliable for a duration of time, please just drop us a message informing us. This is so we dont think you were either A.) Abducted by aliens. B.) Dead. C.) Hate us. D.) Became Amish. E.) Busy with family. There are several members we have not heard from in a while, so Shadow Mosez is contacting those members to see which one of the above it is. If we dont hear back from them unfortunatley we will have to drop them from the roster.


• PROSPECTS. Simply put. We need more potential AMG members. We want to implement a new system (details on this later on the post), and need several prospects. If anyone is playing, and finds someone that you think would be a great addition to AMG, let us know. Tell them about us, see if they might be interested. Dont be shy. During the weekend, we can try to get them in a party with us and get some quality time.


• Spread the Word. If anyone posts on other related or non related forums, make a thread and post a link to our site. Now..lets practice common sense. We dont need posts on Midget Porn sites, or Bootylicious sites..We want good, relatively mature, players. Dependable people.


• THE AMG COMPETITION with PRIZES. We will do this. There is no doubt about that, but with one stipulation: We must win a Private/Clan Match. Preferably, or next one. Once this is accomplished, details will be posted, and the games will begin shortly after. With the winner taking claim of a prize! I nice one at that.


• *NEW* PRACTICE/PROSPECT SQUADS. This is a new system Steeler, Shadow, and I have cooked up. This Team will be led by an established AMG member. All Prospects are to be assigned to the Practice Team. With a rare exception, all prospects are to partake in the Training/Practice Team program for at least a month (prospects can stay on longer if they need some shaping and direction). During the month they will be expected to participate in SCHEDULED practice sessions, take direction from there leaders, demonstrate AMG qualities (A term I will go more into detail on later), and possibly act as a Back-up if the need arises. AMG is looking for at least 8 good prospects for this team. Further details will be posted in a few days. These are the potential members we will practice against. It will serve two purposes. We can get quality practice, and so can our prospects.


• Last and Least. I was instructed to break out my Beast Chair once again. It was decided that where I position myself while playing is to far away from the TV, so I must burn my eyes out and sit closer to the action.

Busy Holiday/Summer Weekend.

Hello Everyone. Sorry for the lack of infromation and posting lately. Life has been very busy between personal holidays, vactions, and now the Fourth of July Weekend time has been all so tight, and little to spare.

Once this weekend is over I hope to get things reorganized and jump started. There will be a Staff meeting in the next couple of days to go over some new stuff. All I'll say is that this new stuff will help us be consistant, and will help us expand our possibilities. Its all positive. I'll be sure to drop more info once its set.

Once again, sorry for the absence, but rest assured I am still here and very much present. I hope all have a safe and enjoyable Fourth of July Weekend, and Holiday. I'm sure a bit of us will still be online such as myself, for tonight and tommorrow.

Let us all remember this Fourth of July what the holiday represents, and for all who have fought, and sacrificed for our freedom.
