CLAN LOYALTY & MATCHES
I want to make sure that all members know that just because you're part of AMG doesn't necessarily mean you're going to be picked for matches. (especially if you are an inactive member) Even though things have been slow, we still expect all members to check in (and hopefully join our games) whenever possible. When private servers do come out, we will choose members based on how loyal they have been, even during this slow time. I feel that the lack of competitive matches has caused some members to lose interest. That is understandable BUT if you are in this clan solely for the purpose of playing in private matches, you are in the wrong clan. I feel that we need to get some SERIOUS practice in before these servers even come out. We keep saying this but it really needs to get done. It seems to me like we are still struggling at times running together as a team. If you want to be considered for private matches, you must practice with us. No exceptions.
FEEL FREE TO RECRUIT
A second thought that I wanted to throw out there is about recruiting. We are always looking for good, loyal team players. If you see somebody on while you are playing that is a total beast, feel free to send them a message and ask them if they are interesting in joining a clan. PLEASE DO NOT TELL THEM THAT THEY ARE GUARANTEED A SPOT BECAUSE ALL RECRUITS HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SAME "TRY OUT" PERIOD. The Captains have the final say but everyone's input is important.
