12 min Battlefield 3 Trailer.
Perhaps I'm a little late on this one, but the newest Faultline trailer is a must watch for any Battlefield enthusiast. Before clicking the play button grab some popcorn and a large fountain soda for this action filled segment is over 12 minutes long. Comprised mostly of the first 3 episodes it contains bits that were previously cut out and seams them all together to form the mother of all video game trailers. During this pulse-pounding mini-movie the stage for the story begins to flesh out as does the reason for the "Faultline" name. Given the nature of the game, I have to admit with a feeling of guilt that the first thing noticed was the beauty of it. While war is far from such, Battlefield represents it with a form of technologicaly induced irony . Everything from the loose dust blowing down open streets, steam shooting out of pierced pipes, spent bullet casings raining down from the Kiowa ( Well, I believe it to be a Kiowa, could be wrong), to the racks of meat swaying in the market place combine to create a belivable living breathing world. If you thought the sounds of battle were impressive in Battlefield Bad Company 2, just wait to get an earfull of what Battlefield 3 offers. The Roar from the Kiowa's vulcans as they spew rounds, the distinct and horrible buzz of a russian designed RPG as it rips through the air. Those alone are enough to send shivers down ones spine. They did mine. The setting; modern day Iraq. To be more specific, the border between Iraq and Iran. The best way to describe this trailer is that after it was over, I was speechless. I immediatley watched it again. It left this viewer wanting more, and wanting it SOON!

Sorry, I lost track of time while writting the above post and realized that I had to cut it short. So if the end seems hurried, thats because it was.
