I think we should start practicing soon. Like next weekend soon. Lets see who we have avaliable and go from there. Try to get the same people avaliable for practice either next Saturday or Friday, and ready again for practice the night before if possible.

We only have 8 slots for this match so promises might have to be on hold until the next match. We have a little more freedom when we have 12 vs 12 but when it's only 8, it gets a little harder. Corey, your squad worked really well together last time and Rh SOFT MACHINE was a beast. As long as all of those players can get on, I'm all for you keeping the same group of guys. If me and Mercury are on the next squad, that only leaves room for 2 more players. If the match is next Saturday, I'd say we would need to start practicing this weekend, don't you guys? Not sure who all will be on but we should try and figure out these squads asap so we can start practicing with that group.
This week has been insane since Tornados ripped through and devestated half the Clans towns last Saturday. I know Steeler, Shadow, Bald, Maximum, GhostSniper, and me-Mercury have all been affected. We have 8 picked, and Friday will be practice. Mendez, if your avaliable that day that would be great for practice. I appreciate you volunteering.

We murdered the Random teams in Practice, but they usually lack orginzation. When we battled the Renegades we did much better than our first bout, but didnt account for certain details. Lets use this knowledge and run with it.

Mercury, I think you have the squads down correctly. I can only speak for my squad which will be myself, you, Gunner, and Monty. I'm going to run with Assault/Engineer, depending on the map. I'd like Gunner to be an Engineer since he's a beast with that class. Monty, I would like you to be the Medic, but I'm not positive if you are comfortable with that or not. It would definitely be helpful to have at least one Medic per squad. Mercury, I know you are most comfortable with Recon class so if you can find a good spot to defend the boxes, that would be okay. When we are attacking, you can switch to Assault. Let me know what you guys think about that. Corey, you can post what you want to do with your squad since that's your call.
Corey this is Chris and I was thinking for the match this weekend I would like to run assault/medic depending on the map and if we are attacking or defending,but im down for whatever you want me to do just throwing that out there just let me know.
I'm cool with being Recon, assault or medic. I'll do what ever you need me to do. But If I have to shoot a Chopper down with an RPG..I'm fucked. LOL. Seriously though. Defending wise, I can do Medic or Recon (Medic has the spray and pray advantage on defense, but usually me running with a VSS on Recon can do good). Depends on the map also. Like White Pass...recon+defending=Tuff shit. Tuff Shit=Not good.
Lets just remember guys that the match isn't about stats. I know that everyone including myself get caught up in the stats and where we stand with everyone else. Its really about winning, and if you want to break down our private match record it kind of sucks! If you leave out CIA we haven't WON a private match yet. We lost to FTW once and renegade twice and had a DRAW with FTW the second time. Lets make sure that we keep our eyes on the MCOM stations when defending and EVERYONE attacks the same objective at the same time if possible. If we can do these things and not get caught up in the whole STAT thing I think we can take them. There aren't too many clans out there that can run and gun with us. IN THE FACE!!!
If anyone wants some help w tactics let me know. I know I'm new to AMG but Ive played for a while and was even a team lead w TG (tactical gamer; a top 5, strict, clan for battle field on PC). I have a lot of knowledge in tactics not only real military but also gamer like 1-2-1, man up, straight up and 3-1 strategies.

I think one of our biggest setbacks when we do these private matches is that we have a great strategy in mind but when it actually comes down to carrying it out, not everyone listens. A few people go off and do their own thing and that really kind of screws us. Look forward to hearing your ideas tomorrow...

Squad Leaders assign the roles. Since I'm not Squad leader this go around its up to you all. Just remember I suck as engineer.
