Just so everyone knows we most likely will not be trying to do any matches with other clans until Battlefield 3. We may however have little scrims with other people noting serious to go on the records. Thanks in advance for understanding.

The BUG clan has had some pretty major changes lately and we lost three core players, they joined another clan, and we have some re-organization going on so there won't be an arranged clan battle for some time :-(. But, we do have a new website that if you're interested in I could give you to check out.

Other clans join us just for fun and you know it always fun to get those tags. Hopefully the BUGS will bounce back when BF3 comes out.

I'm still up for these matches. I was not involved in the decision to hold off. It's obvious that some of our members are over BFBC2 and that's fine, but I know there are still some of us that aren't. At least for me, these matches are what makes the game more competitive. I think these scrimmages help us learn to run better as a team which will help us tremendously in preparation for BF3. If we just slack off and don't practice at all until then, we're going to get murdered.
ReplyDeleteCaptain, I appreciate you trying to set these matches up for us. It's getting harder and harder to get our guys on which makes it difficult to set anything up. You know I'm always up for some good competition. If you want to set up a scrim, just let us know a few days ahead of time so that we can try to get some guys on. I'm definitely game and I'm sure several of our other guys are, too.
I know you all love hearing my voice ;-), so I'm chimin in to! I wish you could get a general comment area on here so I don't have to keep leavin stuff on random threads that has nothing to do with the thread itself.
ReplyDeleteLol, now for the real reason; what say you guys to a little one match scrimmage this weekend, sometime on saturday? If we have more time we can play more than one, I'm just lookin to get a good solid match against a well oiled group for some or our vets to play with involving some of our new guys. I'm tryin four vets and four new guys, if you did the same that would be cool, but 8 of whoever you had would be great to. You can let me know on here steelerfan, or you or johnny whose already been there, can leave a yay or nay in our comment box on the front of our website. I'm checkin with you first to see if your game, then I'll prod ppl about a time and such. Just tell me yes with like a good window of time to choose from saturday and I'll get back to you asap. Earlier is better I think, before 10Pm EST if possible. I'm thinking between 5 & 8, but let me know what you think.
